Britany Konsela

I was born and raised in Durand, where being one of the many “Bauers” in town meant growing up with a strong sense of community. Coming from a family of small business owners, I learned early that building relationships and taking care of your neighbors are the backbone of a successful business. Today, I’m proud to help my husband operate our own small business while combining that experience with my career in the insurance industry, where I’ve worked since 2014. I enjoy the ever-changing nature of the insurance industry and value helping individuals, families, and business owners find coverage that fits their unique needs. Whether it’s protecting what’s most important or navigating complex insurance decisions, I’m committed to making the process as simple and personalized as possible. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me cheering from the sidelines at one of my two boys’ sporting events, spending time with family, or unwinding at our cabin.
